Fulfillment Policy

1. Nature of the Service
The Review Case Escalation service provided by 33 LOGICS LLC (trading as "DeleteBadReviews") is an intangible digital service. There is no physical shipment of goods. The service consists of the preparation and escalation of a structured reporting case file through official channels (Google Trust & Safety, DSA, GDPR).
2. Deliverables
For each case, the client receives:
- A written content analysis document (PDF, 8-15 pages) qualifying the review against Google's content policies and applicable legal frameworks (DSA Article 16, GDPR Article 17)
- A structured reporting case file with organized evidence and supporting documentation
- A formal notice letter template, ready to be customized and sent if needed
- An escalation action plan with a timeline
- 30 days of case follow-up and reminders to the relevant channels
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time: 5 business days from payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The countdown starts on the next business day following payment.
In rare cases requiring additional research or involving complex jurisdictional issues, delivery may extend up to 10 business days. Clients are notified in advance and may opt for a full refund if they prefer (see Refund Policy).
4. Delivery Method
All deliverables are sent digitally to the email address provided at checkout. The case file is delivered as a PDF attachment or via a secure download link. A confirmation email is sent upon delivery.
No physical shipment. No postal address is required from the client beyond the billing address collected by Stripe.
5. Eligible Geographic Areas
The service is available worldwide, with the following exceptions:
Non-eligible countries (due to US OFAC sanctions or applicable export controls):
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Russia (for non-permitted services under current sanctions)
- Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions
Orders originating from or directed to these jurisdictions will be declined and automatically refunded.
6. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Clients receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after payment
- Status updates during the 5-day preparation period
- The case file delivery email with all deliverables attached
- Weekly follow-up reports during the 30-day case monitoring period
7. Failure to Deliver
In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the case file within 10 business days of payment confirmation (absent force majeure), the client is entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
