3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our Service, you represent that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business for which you are requesting review removal services.

4. Service Limitations

We only process removal requests for reviews that appear to violate Google's published content policies, including but not limited to:

5. Pricing and Payment

Our current pricing is as follows:

6. Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to achieve removal of the review within 30 days of starting your case, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee. To claim a refund, contact our support team within 7 days after the 30-day period has elapsed.

7. Removal Timeline

Our guaranteed removal window is 1-30 days maximum. Most removals are completed within 7-14 days. However, complex cases may require the full 30-day period. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business
Confirm you have authority to act on behalf of the business
Not submit removal requests for legitimate customer reviews
Cooperate with any information requests during the process
Not engage in any activities that could constitute review fraud

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by DeleteBadReviews or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeleteBadReviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeleteBadReviews, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and removal requests. We will not disclose your use of our services to any third party except as required by law.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
