How much does Google review removal cost?

Our flat fee is $440 per case (400€). It covers full legal analysis, case file preparation, filing through official channels (Google Terms of Service, DSA Article 16, GDPR right to erasure), and 30-day follow-up. Refund if case non-eligible after analysis.

How does the refund policy work?

If after our preliminary analysis your review is deemed non-attackable (insufficient grounds under Google's policies), you receive a full refund within 14 days. Once the case is actively worked on and filed, the service is considered rendered.

Is it legal to have a Google review removed?

Yes, 100%. We only use official channels Google provides plus European legal frameworks (DSA Article 16, GDPR Article 17 right to erasure). Nothing illegal, nothing shady. 6. International Data Transfers

As 33 LOGICS LLC is a US-based entity and most of our service providers are also located in the United States, personal data collected from EU residents may be transferred to the United States. These transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission where applicable.

Active client data: for the duration of the case handling
Commercial and relationship data: 3 years after the last contact
Accounting and tax records: 10 years as required by US tax and accounting law
