Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you (the "Client") and 33 LOGICS LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States (EIN 98-1917637), with registered offices at 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, trading as "DeleteBadReviews" (the "Provider").
By accessing this website or purchasing the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
The Provider operates a Review Case Escalation service (the "Service"). The Service consists of analyzing, documenting and escalating cases related to abusive, defamatory or policy-violating reviews published on Google platforms, through official reporting channels:
- Google Trust & Safety reporting forms and escalation channels
- Digital Services Act (Regulation EU 2022/2065), Article 16 — notice and action mechanisms
- General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), Article 17 — right to erasure
The Provider is not a law firm. The Service does not constitute legal advice or legal representation. The Service is a business consulting service assisting Clients in the preparation and submission of reporting cases through channels that are publicly available to any rights-holder.
3. Nature of the Obligation — Obligation of Means
The Provider is bound by an obligation of means, not an obligation of result. The Provider commits to exercise professional diligence in analyzing the Client's case, building a structured reporting file, and escalating it through the appropriate channels.
The final decision to remove, modify or keep any review online rests exclusively with Google LLC and/or the competent authorities. The Provider has no authority over content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms. No promise of removal, no specific success rate, and no timeline for third-party decisions is made.
4. Deliverables
For each case, the Provider commits to deliver within 5 business days of payment confirmation:
- A written content analysis (PDF) qualifying the review against Google's content policies and the applicable legal frameworks
- A structured reporting case file
- A formal notice letter template
- An escalation action plan
- 30-day case follow-up with reminders to the relevant channels
See the Fulfillment Policy for details.
5. Price and Payment
The Service is offered as a flat fee of EUR 400 per case (~USD 440) (approximately USD 440), all inclusive. This price is non-negotiable and no volume discount is offered.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. The Provider never stores card data on its own servers.
The price is quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes that may be due under the Client's local law.
6. Right of Withdrawal - EU Consumers
Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (French transposition: Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).
At checkout, the Client expressly acknowledges that the Service begins immediately upon payment and waives the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU (French Article L221-28, 1° of the Consumer Code). Once the preliminary analysis has commenced with the Client's consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies for services that have already been rendered.
7. Refund Policy
Refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary, a full refund is available if the case is found non-eligible after preliminary analysis or if the case file is not delivered within 10 business days.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the review, the business, and the Client's own identity and authority
- Confirm that the Client is the legitimate business owner or an authorized representative with the power to act on behalf of the business
- Not request the escalation of legitimate customer reviews that do not violate Google's policies or applicable law
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose
- Cooperate reasonably with requests for information during the case handling
9. Confidentiality
The Provider maintains strict confidentiality regarding all Client information and case details. The Provider will not disclose the identity of the Client or the details of the case to any third party except:
- As reasonably necessary to execute the Service (e.g., submitting the reporting case to Google)
- To service providers bound by confidentiality obligations (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel)
- As required by law, court order or competent authority
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific case giving rise to the claim.
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any damages resulting from content moderation decisions made by Google or any other third party.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to 33 LOGICS LLC or its licensors. The deliverables produced for a client become the property of that client upon delivery and full payment, for the Client's own use. The Provider retains the right to use anonymized case statistics for service improvement.
12. Geographic Scope
The Service is offered worldwide, except to clients in jurisdictions subject to US sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, non-permitted Russia/Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk dealings). Orders from these jurisdictions will be declined and refunded. See the Fulfillment Policy for the complete list.
13. Data Protection
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is GDPR-compliant for EU visitors.
14. Modifications to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the website. Orders placed before a modification are governed by the Terms in force at the time of payment.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. EU consumers retain any mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence.
